Hola !!
I am lucky enough to have one of the best jobs in the world ( in my opinion) and with that comes the chance to meet some amazing people and do some amazing things.
Myself and several colleagues are doing a Parachute Jump in Aid of the Hospice where we work to help... raise funding.
Some of you may not be aware but the Hospice is entirely ran on donations. The donations provide the finance to pay the wages of the staff who work there, provide finance to make sure all our in-paitents and day-paitents get a five star serivce every second of the day. It provides funding to to cover the £6 million annual running costs too!!
I have a target of £400 to raise before i jump... Can you help me or even help spread the word.
This Jump was inspired by one of the amazing Paitents i meet in my line of work who at the age of 16 enlisted in the Para Regement and risked his life for this country in the 2nd world war. Despite his age he had no fear for his own safety just the determination to try make the world a better place in years to come! If he could fall 20,000 feet in 20 seconds with limited safety guidelines then i can definately free fall 2 miles with a big ass parachute regardless of my fear of flying and heights!!!
thank you for listening and most importantly keep your fingers crossed i land and not splatter myself on the ground !!!!
much love,
Jucy xx.
