The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.

Story

I am Opal, the seventh guide dog for my mammy, Judy Shaw, who has had guide dogs for forty years.

To show her appreciation to the Guide Dog Association she would like to raise forty thousand pounds, one thousand pound for each year she has had a guide dog.

To enable my mammy to achieve this goal, we would appreciate it if you could help and support her raise this money.  This money would provide a visually impaired person with a guide dog and give them the mobility they deserve.

I would like to thank you for visiting our page.  We greatly appreciate your help in raising this money.

A big woof from Opal, Labradoodle.
