After a full hysterectomy and kidney removed in 2015 my then partner was told just over 12 months later that cancer was back ,we had 18 months left , we married and lived the best life we could. Ultimately it was the hospice that took care of my wife in 2017  for her final days ,they took care of me too and the support for all three of us was amazing.

So yet again I’m doing my bit as pay back .
