I’m doing this ride to raise awareness of Testicular Cancer and to raise money for The Oddballs Foundation.  A strange choice for a lady I here you say, but here’s why:  A few years ago my brother was diagnosed with testicular cancer.  Thankfully, the disease hadn’t spread, he was treated and has now been given the all clear.  The earlier the diagnosis the better the chance of a cure, so I wanted to do something to highlight how important it is for guys to carry out regular self examinations and, of course, to actually go and get themselves checked out if they detect any problems.

I have chosen to raise money for The Oddballs Foundation.  They work to promote men’s health by raising awareness of testicular cancer, providing guides on how to self examine plus information and advice on what problems to look out for and what to do if any issues are detected.

I work for the Exeter Chiefs on match days and they have kindly donated a signed shirt which I will auctioning to raise money for the Charity.

I hope you can help me reach my goal for this amazing charity.

Many thanks

Jules
