So as some of you may already know and many of you don’t, On the 7th September me and my mum will be cycling John O’Groats  to Lands End (over 1000 miles) and hopefully complete it in 12-14 days. We have chosen to raise money for The Wave Project Newquay as it is a great local charity that helps vulnerable children and young people improve their health and well-being through a combination of surfing and mentoring. 

I feel like throughout the years young people’s mental health have got worse and awareness needs to be highlighted. Any donation that you could generously offer would be appreciated by the wave project and ourselves, every penny will make huge difference to the lives of the young people that live with mental health everyday.
