I have set this page up to raise some money in memory of Julie Parkes for Doncaster MIND charity. She leaves behind a loving family who will miss her terribly and my heart goes out to Dave, Chloe and Danny.

Julie was truly one in a million. One of the most kind, gentle and selfless individuals anyone could ever meet and one of my mum's best friends of many years. Unfortunately, Julie lost her battle with mental health taking her own life. This has affected any individual who she has ever come into contact with and she is remembered very fondly by all.

As such, I wanted to create a fundraising page with a view to raise whatever can be achieved in order to raise awareness about the impact of mental health and signpost anyone who may be struggling themselves. All proceeds will go to Doncaster MIND charity to help them with their ongoing support for anyone affected with mental health issues.

If the money raised helps even just one person get the help they need, it's been worthwhile.
