Julie was 47 when she passed away at Woodlands Hospice at Aintree Hospital after an 11 month battle with cancer.  Julie was diagnoised with cervical cancer in April 2017 and entered a program of treatment which was made up of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.  Unfortunately the treatment had severe side effects which left Julie with kidney and bowel issues but she fought the battle bravely and with a smile on her face.

In February this year we were given the sad news that Julie's condition was terminal.  She never wavered, she never let it get her down and she was determined to live our her remaining time in a positive manner but unfortunately her condition deteriated and in the early hours of March 16th she passed away peacefully.

This disease doesn't just wreak the life of the person with it, it impacts the lives of those they love.  Please help the medical community find better treatments for cancer which will impact so many of us through our lives.
