Mandy and I will be running the 10k Race for Life on 1st May 2010 in aid of Cancer Research.

This may seem mad enough for a non-runner but it's all part of the training.  I have just completed the Bure Valley Railway Walk in aid of Macmillan which is a 9 mile walk.  This is all in preparation for the main event - The Great North Run.  I must have finally lost my mind!
