In my 40th year I'm running an actual marathon, my neighbours think I just dress up in lycra to help fit folk out at the weekends but in reality I've been training hard for the last 4 months. 

I'm not doing this again so I thought I might try to raise some money for a charity through my endeavors. There are many worthy charities but I hope you agree that CHAS is a deserving beneficiary. They deliver palliative care and support for children and their families in Scotland. As the only care provider of this vital service at Rachel House in Kinross and at Robin House in Balloch and serving families in isolated areas via CHAS at home. They rely on donations to help them continue to deliver this care.

With your generosity and my effort I hope to raise as much as I can to help them out in some small way.
