Story
After 4 years of um'ing and ah'ing, I've finally plucked up the courage to take on a marathon and there is none which I've wanted to do more than the one in London. Why? Because if I have to run 42-odd kilometres, I sure as hell don't want to travel any further than I have to!
I am running on behalf of the Epilepsy Society in memory of my brother-in-law, Misha, who lived with the condition. It will always sadden me that I wasn't given the time to get to know him better but having seen the effects of epilepsy on his (and now my) family, I will do whatever I can to ensure that the good work of the Epilepsy Society continues.
If that means I have to face my fears and run for 4 hours, then lets be having it!
Any support (and I mean ANY) will be much appreciated because the work the Society does is really life-changing.
Thank you!
