Drag Queen Growing out hair to Donate

Kara Kalua is raising money for Little Princess Trust

Drag Queen Donating of her hair · 6 August 2021

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Aloha! I am a heterosexual Irish/Ameican Drag Queen that has been growing out my hair over the the last year and half. It started when I was attending a 1920s themed party and wanted to use my own hair but was too short at the time. The following month Lockdown began and I couldn't get it cut so I decided to keep growing it out!

As a Drag Queen that has used many wigs over the years I want to do something meaningful and give a wig back to someone who needs it. I have healthy hair and want to grow it the length most needed 12 inches long.

Join me on this journey as I fundraise and raise awareness for this wonderful cause that helps kids and young people in both UK and Ireland!

While rocking some fabulous looks with my own hair along the way :D
