Rebecca asked me a while ago if she could do a 5k to raise money for cancer as she wants to stop it!!! If only it was this simple!!  Her strength and determination means more to me than she will ever know.  I found the perfect run for her first time as it is based on fun which I think is important no matter what is going on in life.   https://www.bigfunrun.com/glasgow/ 

Cancer currently affects my family and friends and without attitudes  and fundraising from people like my amazing daughter then I dare say it never will go away!!

I have witnessed how helpful the Beatson volunteers are and I have witnessed how amazing the nurses are and they make a horrible situation seem so much easier!

This run/walk is Rebecca's idea and myself and her Auntie Claire are going along for support (if we can keep up with her).  The fundraising is all down to Rebecca - I am just doing the set up etc .  We would be so grateful if you could spare any donation, no matter how small.  

Rebecca is 7 years old and to think like this and want to help people - in my opinion is truly outstanding - especially when at the moment she doesn't understand the full effect of cancer.  I am bursting with pride with her attitude.
