Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have created this page to riase money for MIND, all to often we suffer in silence when it comes to our mental health, deciding to struggle on, not wanting to talk about our state of mind with anyone else, not even our closest family, friends or work colleagues. Our Mental Health becomes our own hidden well kept secret. It's 2017 and it's about time we all started to talk about mental health and how anyone can be affected for any reason.
Through the support MIND and LEEWAY are able to offer, Individuals are able to regained their strength, they can be supported to stand-up and seek the right help they may need. Anyone can be affected by mental health at anytime of their lives, from a young child, a teenager or an adult from any background. Mental health can be triggered by any cause. Your support helps MIND give people the voice they need to let those around them know they have been struggling.
