Bored of the treadmill and sick of the crosstrainer i decided to enter the Sony Ericsson 'runtothebeat' Half marathon

Half Marathon = Motivation + keeping fit (shaping up for wedding)!!!

Please sponsor me as i pace myself through the 13 mile course on 27th September, all of the money raised will go to Beating Bowel Cancer, a leading UK charity for bowel cancer patience, working to raise awareness of symptoms, promote early diagnosis and encourage open access to treatment chioce for those affected by bowel cancer.
