This Father’s Day me and Ron will be taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride, raising money for the British Heart Foundation. This charity is particularly special to me, as I will be cycling in memory of my dad, Paul Sinden, who sadly passed away when I was 14 years old from a sudden heart attack.  

I have always wanted to participate in this event, and since my family registered me without my knowing, I now have the opportunity to attempt this 55 mile challenge!

I hope to make this Father's day very special, and raise as much money as possible for this fantastic cause. Any donations will be greatly appreciated and would really mean a lot, both to myself, my family, and the BHF.
