In April 2024, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to support MS Society. 

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system, specifically the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves. It occurs when the immune system mistakenly attacks the myelin sheath, the protective covering around nerve fibers, leading to inflammation and damage.

A close friend of mine has suffered with MS for many years, and pushed through the pain to coach and train with me. I’m running to make a difference to the lives of those battling MS and support the charity in raising vital funds for research and treatment.
