Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Call me crazy but I want to run 100 miles in 24 hrs to see if I can and if i am to do such a crazy thing why not raise some money at the same time.

Last year I run 2 100km Ultra Marathons this year I want to do 100 miles! I will be running with some friends too. My friend Chas Allen who was the mad person that got me into running these crazy distances and I am invite my friends and clients to join me for parts of the course. Run 1 mile or more with me (for a donation or you could gather your own sponsors) - I promise I won't be very fast over this distance! It will be running and walking at an average of 12min miles if I am to make it through the 24hrs!

I will be setting off on Friday 29th April 2022 at 10am from my gym Body & Soul, in Malton and hopefully arrive back there similar time on The Saturday 30th April.

I have chose to support RFS as they provide a vital service to families in our local community with children with special needs. I have seen this first hand with some of my friends and clients families they are a truly amazing bunch!

Please help me to help them!
