Alex had his SDR operation nearly a year ago and has been working so hard to get the best out of his surgery.

We have been blown away by the support received for him, cheering him on on social media and sending well wishes.

We are so very close to the fundraising goal we set a year ago but have struggled with planned fundraising events due to cancellations due to Covid.

Neither of us are what you would call  'naturally talented runners' but we have both decided to put in the work and effort to run 10K on November 1st to hopefully raise some funds for Alex.
