A core part of our strategy and ambition for OC&C to be the best home for the best strategy talent is to ensure that we can be the best home for all talented strategists; so our work on inclusivity and diversity is critical to our success. As part of that, next week the Social Diversity Network will be running the first annual OC&C Social Diversity Week.

What are the aims of our Social Diversity Week? 

Throughout this week, our objectives are to:

1. Improve awareness of what social diversity is and why it matters
2. Celebrate the social diversity we have within OC&C today
3. Provoke conversations on how we can make the firm more diverse and inclusive, with respect to social mobility

Social diversity is often the forgotten element of the D&I agenda.  We want to make sure this is not the case at OC&C.
