You may remember two years ago we lost our minds and cycled 30 miles dressed as Disney princesses (there was both rain and tears). This year we're back and ditching the costumes for Lycra and doubling the distance.

We will be journeying from Smithfields Market, over the Thames, through Surrey and down to the seaside. Rumour has it there's an unmanageable hill en route - we'll cross that bridge when we come to it... 

Having lost Daddy (Bar) two years ago now we want to keep the momentum going for this amazing cause, so any donations would be super appreciated. 

It may not seem far for those of you who own clip on bicycle shoes and Instagram handle bar photos as a hobby, but for someone who doesn't own a bike it's foolish challenge to take on.

Wish us luck, we're going to need it..
