Story
62 miles? Why not 620 MINUTES!
I'm no runner - cycling's more my thing! As a former very avid cyclist, I am looking to spring back into my fitness goals, and what better way to do that than by supporting a wonderful charity along the way?
Why 620 minutes?
Whilst 2 miles is a big deal for runners and hikers, 2 miles is more of a breeze on a bike! Instead of distance, I aim to give BCH back what they gave me - time!
BCH were kind enough to take me in and support my training in my studies as a physiotherapist. To give back to them for all of their teaching and commitment to me (and to give back to their wonderful patients) I want to return the favour and use my own training to support them!
As such, I will be completing 20 minutes of intensive cycling each day, every day of October!
The challenge is not the distance - it's the persistence!!
Thanks for your support!
