Story

On 23rd April I will be running the London Marathon.

I will be running in honour of my biggest cheerleader, my beautiful Dad, who we sadly lost last year after a heroic fight following a past brain aneurysm, traumatic head injury and subsequent impairment. He was, and always will be, my hero 💙.

As a fervent aficionado of Formula 1, I have joined forces with Race against Dementia, a charity founded by the legendary Jackie Stewart, to raise crucial funds for research. Race against Dementia applies an F1 problem-solving attitude of innovation and speed, with Fellows working worldwide to accelerate the research and development in the race to find a prevention or treatment for Dementia.

If you are in a position to donate to my cause, it would be gratefully received.

If you would like to join me for a walk/jog (locally or virtually) in my last month of training, the support would also be certainly helpful in keeping me moving towards the finish line. (DM me!)

Thank you for your support.
