The Hospice helps people to live their precious lives well. Our care has many forms – at home, in our outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of our Hospice beds - and is defined by each person's need. We rely on donations to raise the £5m we need each year to fund our free care.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Hospice of St Francis is a charity that provides free, expert care for people living with life-limiting illnesses in West Herts and South Bucks, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or socio-economic background. They also support their families, carers and those close to them.

Their professional multi-disciplinary team offers support from diagnosis and care is tailored to each individual patient’s needs, helping them to improve and maintain their quality of life.
Care is provided in a patient’s home, at our health and wellbeing Spring Centre hub or in one of our 14 Hospice beds.

Their team also works closely with local hospitals and nursing homes to support patients and share best practice.

They rely on voluntary donations from the local community to raise 80% of over £5 million they need annually to fund their free care.
