North London Hospice supports more than 3,500 people with a life-limiting illness each year in the communities of Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey. Established in 1984, we are committed to empowering our patients through our vision which is to provide the best of life, at the end of life, for everyone.

Story

As most of you know but some of you dont, I lost my dad to pancreatic cancer in 2008, aged 59. It was a very hard time for my family so since then, my mum has been regularly fundraising for charity and well, I've done absolutely nothing. So nearly four years later, it's time to actually do something and have dragged my fantastic boyfriend Fred and fabulous best friend Gabby, along with me. Please note: neither of them had much of a say when I asked them to join me so if you've got no sympathy for me, at least find it in your hearts to donate for them ;) The North London Hospice raises no where near what Marie Curie does each year and also receives little government funding. I have rasied over £730 for Marie Curie on my other page so have decided to give to NLH here. I really appreciate every bit of support I've received so far. Thank you xxx
