In memory of Vernon Howe

Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Me and my Sister are walking from Burnham-on-Sea where Dad passed away to Stanton Drew, where he was born and is buried.

Dad would have been 90 in August if he had not passed away from MND 3 and a half years ago and we want to remember him by walking from his flat in Burnham-on-Sea to his grave in Stanton Drew, the village he grew up in and lived for most of his life, until he moved to Burnham-on-Sea.

Along the route we will pass most of the houses he lived in, so this will be an emotional walk for me and my sister.

We want to raise money to help find a cure for this awful disease.
