After the lows of 2015 I needed a challenge and a new focus to help me be a better carer and therefore a better wife!

I appreciate a Stroke charity may have been more appropriate for me to raise funds for but this is a personal challenge to help me get fit, help me focus on the 'what if' instead of the 'why us' and also to raise money for the charity Woman V Cancer. Cancer is something I am sure we have all been touched by at some point in our lives and heavens forbid, may be touched by in the future. 

I will be cycling from Vietnam to Cambodia, 450km, in February 2017.  I need to raise £3,200 by November 2016 in order to take part.   I will be doing lots of fundraising events but will also be relying on the generosity of my friends and family.  

Money raised will go towards the fight against breast, cervical and ovarian cancer.
