We provide grants, support and fundraising to adapt the homes of UK disabled children

Story

Sullivan’s Heroes is a charity offering support and financial assistance for families raising essential funds for vital home adaptations for a disabled child, to continue to care for their child at home, safely and with dignity.

Theo is a happy 2 year old with a life limiting condition, Ohtahara Syndrome, which results in uncontrollable epilepsy, he has spent a lot of his life in hospital, including PICU admissions due to going into status, but thankfully is slowly getting stronger and spending more time at home. He loves been around family and friends and joining in activities. Theo also has brittle bones he has to do this safely, he has had 9 fractures to his femur and tibia, so the safest way for him to do this is to be in his chairs, unfortunately the room isn't big enough for him to be able to do this. We are raising money to make this possible for him, by extending the front of the house. This also makes access to the house easier as currently it is a struggle to get him out of the front door.

Thank you for taking time to read this and thank you for helping this worthy cause 💙
