Here I go again! 

I will be running the Great North Run (half marathon) on Sunday 9th September for Macmillan Cancer Support. This is another charity close to our hearts as they helped dad in the early stages of his diagnosis.

As always, I will be running for dad. I'm not planning to even try and attempt his personal best, however I will be there to run and enjoy the moment.

My mum will also be taking part as she turned the big 60 this month and wanted to celebrate it with a big race (crazy).

Please help me raise some money for this great charity who support not only the patient but their families too. I know first hand, life would be so much tougher without charities such as Macmillan. Let's give a little back xx
