Spinnaker Tower Abseil Day 2015 · 27 June 2015 ·

Our vision is that getting older is a positive experience and with our support on this aging journey, older people are respected, valued and able to make informed choices. We work towards making this a reality by providing services and support to people over 50 in Hampshire.

Story

So, this is kind of a tag-team effort: Keir will be doing the scary bit and actually abseiling down the Spinnaker tower, and Gimmy will be pushing the fundraising to make sure Keir is risking his life for the most amount possible! Woo, team Keir and Gimmy!

Gimmy has been an intern with Age Concern Hampshire since September and has often seen the amazing work carried out across their Centres and Services for older people in Hampshire. Any donation would be massively appreciated to go towards ACH’s valuable work. And Keir will find it a lot easier abseiling down a tower knowing that we’ve raised lots of important funds for ACH!
