Poppy, aged 7 years old and has chosen to walk in memory of her Grandpa Alan and her Auntie Georgie who are sadly no longer with us and who she dearly misses. Those who already know her will be aware of her love of the outdoors and that she enjoys nothing more than walking in the woods and having adventures along the way. When Bolton Hospice announced the Virtual Memory Walk, Poppy asked if she would be able to join in and help raise money to support such a wonderful cause. Poppy’s Mummy works at the Hospice as a Clinical Support Nurse so she knows what a fantastic job the whole team do.
