Dear friends,

As most of you know I was diagnosed with breast cancer last January, and after a successful operation in February to remove the cancer,  I then went onto have chemotheraphy and radiotherapy at 'The Christie'.  I am now on the mend and feeling good and now I plan to do the Manchester 10km Run in May and want to raise money for 'The Chirstie' as they were fantastic with me throughout my treatment, always there to keep me positive when i was feeling low and always having a smile on their faces and ready to answer any questions I had about my treatment  24/7.   I can't thank the staff enough so this is my little way of helping them so they can go on and help others in the situation I found myself in last year.
