In January 2014 I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and after numerous visits to several Hospitals and a very intrusive Biopsy, it was decided that my best option was to have my Prostate removed by a Radical Proscectomy (RALP) procedure .
on April 24 , 2Mr Jim Adshead and his team at the Lister Hospital Stevenage carried out a nerve sparing procedure, and 3 Months later I was back at work, Realising how lucky I had been, to have caught it early and acted upon it, immediately.
Many of you will know that since then, I have Campaigned, to bring awareness to others to get the message across, about identifying this life threatening, disease.

One final point! Since my Operation 5 -10 guys have approached me for information, 5 of which have had their Prostate removed Successfully , 2 are on Active Surveillance, it's real guys don't put it off, if you're worried about it get to you're Doctors
