Hi,

As you'll know, my idea of exercise is running for the last train after a night on the beers. The fact that I'm doing it at all is a miracle in itself so I think it's right that I should take this opportunity to raise some money for a great cause at the same time.

Unfortunately we all know someone close to us who has been affected by cancer (in my case, my nephew who is in remission and also in memory of my father in law) and the team at McMillian Cancer Support do a fantastic job in helping patients and their familes through it.
