HEY YALL . I know it's nearly Christmas and everyone's had a shit couple of years but I'm gonna be cycling the south island section of the tour AOtearoa from Picton to Bluff ( over 1000 kms ) in the next few weeks and it would seem a shame not to try and raise some pennies for a worthy mental health charity which it would seem  is needed now more than ever .. I don't think I know one person who hasn't lost someone they knew in one way or another through suicide , so as Christmas approaches .. let's get talking and love each other and OVERCOME brothers and sisters , ONE LOVE X AROHA
