As some of you may know my daughter Grace(6) has been diagnosed with Crohns Disease. It’s a lifelong illness that affects her daily life. There is no known cure yet so Grace will have to battle through this for many years to come.

I’ve decided to enter PARAS’10 endurance race in Catterick on the 16th Sept. It’s a 10mile route wearing Combat Boots and carrying a 35lb Bergen. It will be tough going but I am looking forward to it.

I hope some of you will donate a couple pound to help Crohns and Colitis to research a cure and help those that have this debilitating disease lead better lives.
