This year Dario, one of our two gym owners, very sadly and unexpectedly lost his Dad to an Aortic Dissection. We set up this page in memory of Antonino Ruma, and hope to raise funds in his name to help promote awareness and education and raise money for research into AD and other heart conditions.

Our first fundraising event is our team of 4 - Dario, Alex, Emily and Sarah - entering this year's Suffolk Games on July 16th in his name to try and raise funds for the Aortic Dissection Charitable Trust.
