We are also running a DRESSUP BOOTCAMP SESSION this Friday at 9:15 (Meadows Pavillion Cafe) - OPEN TO ALL!  Just bring a hat, wig, tutu, or anything you fancy, some spare change, lots of friends, and come down for some bootcamp fun to awesome music! I’ll be bringing down some healthy energy balls to refuel after the session, and Kirsten’s kitchen have just donated a box of amazing cupcakes!  Pavilion Cafe has a good selection of healhy smoothies, coffees, etc. AND there is the chance to buy those raffle tickets with amazing prizes to be won!
