Story

Hi folks! Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. As most of you know, I try to do one running event a year, and this year I'm running 10k in support of Save the Children with the lovely Anya!

In years past my fundraising efforts have been 'mediocre' (and that's putting it nicely). This year I'm aiming for the ambitious target of £150.00!

So to sweeten the deal for you generous peeps, I have decided that for every £5 you donate, you can vote to decide what outfit I should wear on race day. Bear in mind I'm hoping to beat my current time of 53 minutes whilst looking ridiculous, here are the options:

Richard Simmons (curly hair and all the fabulous eighties exercise attire you can dream of)

a mermaid (complete with seashell bra, glitter bottoms and crabs in the hair)

a roman (gladiator or toga costume, you decide)

Duck Dynasty member (complete with itchy beard, duck whistle and questionable camouflage attire)

I would suggest Indiana Jones as an option, but something tells me you all know I would enjoy that too much....

You can vote using the comments section in the donation section, and I will be supplying photos of the costumes in the gallery to give you all an idea of how I will look on race-day (although I'm sure John and Sam will have more than enough embarrassing photo evidence on the day to follow me for the rest of my life).

Happy giving!
