I am climbing up the 02 for Mind on the 17th August. The charity means a lot to me personally and have helped me. I suffer myself from anxiety and have let this overtake me at times but with help I am slowly overcoming this.

Having heard of young lives being taken so soon through suicide this saddens me so I wish to give something back to this amazing charity and hopefully more help can be given to vulnerable people.
