Story
My cousin was an avid runner, and had many half- and full marathons under his belt. He was one of my inspirations for taking up running years ago. He was diagnosed with metastatic colorectal cancer 3.5 years ago, and unfortunately passed away last November (2019) at the age of 49.
He always was very active, even during his cancer treatment, and I would like to honor his memory by running this half marathon, something he would have enjoyed as well.
