On 1 July 2016, I embarked on a challenge which will see me run the entire length of Malawi, from Nsanje to Chitipa and back. This VIRTUAL will cover nealy 3000 kilometres in 12 months. The aim is to raise more than £1,500 (approximately MK1.5 million) for Malawi Health Care Support (MAHECAS), a UK registered charity that works to assist in the delivery of healthcare assistance at different hospitals in Malawi.

I will do all my runs here in the UK to cover the equivalent distance and will post my progress every week.

For each kilometre covered, my wife and I will donate 10 pence and I hope you can support me in this cause by donating any amount.
