Hello everyone, 

So as October is Breast Cancer awareness month, we’ve set up this page to see if we can try and give a little something back to the amazing Breast Cancer Now charity. 

On 16th September 2020 our Mam, Wife & Nana unfortunately was given the devastating news that she has stage 2 breast cancer. In true mother hen style she took the news amazingly, strong and determined that she is getting on with life regardless of what challenges are thrown her way. 

We are going to walk from Seaton Carew’s clock tower to Crimdon Dene and back on Sunday 25th October for Breast Cancer wear it pink day. Mam was going to do the walk with us....however, due to surgery & treatment which is happening within the next couple of weeks she is unable to join in. HOWEVER.....when she is back on her feet we will all do the walk again with Mother hen. 

She’s had amazing support already from family, friends & work colleagues which we really appreciate. Any pennies that you may have spare would be appreciated from the bottom of our hearts for this amazing charity to be able to continue to support others just like they are supporting Mam.
