Hello everyone :-)

Hope you are all well. Okay I did this to raise money for the amazing work that Save the Children is doing on an ongoing basis with the children of Haiti - so please give generously. see the link below on their work:

Save the Children had approximately 180 staff already based in Haiti when the awful disaster struck and tragically they lost one of their team who didn't make it through. But they are still working very hard for the children of Haiti.

NOW for the bit you've been waiting for so patiently - please watch the video attached to see the evidence!! giggle. I walked over hot coals on Saturday 24th April (says 1/5/10 on the event page because it wouldn't allow me to set up a retrospective date). The coals were measured at approximately 1400 degrees apparently - wow! I felt so good from the experience that I went over a second time - no I'm not crazy I promise!

This was an enormous personal challenge for me and really about me facing fears - I DID IT! wooo!
