 On Saturday 3rd July, I took up the courage and did a skydive from 13,000ft with the Black Knights, Royal Artillery Parachute Display Team in aid of SSAFA Forces Help.

Although I have completed the skydive, I still have a fundraising target of £500 and ask if you could sponsor me as little or as much as you can to help SSAFA meet the changing needs of those who serve, those who have served and the families of both.
