In september myself and a few others shall be taking part in the Wolf Run to raise Money for the National Autisic Society. The Wolf Run is a 10k off road obstical course which will definitely be out of many of our comfort zones (particularly mine), so please donate and remind me why I am putting myself through this. 

Autism is a lifelong disability that can affect how that person communicates and interacts with the world around them. There is no known 'cure' for autism, but with correct support it is possible to greatly enrich the lives of those who have it

The NAS (National Autistic Society) has been supporting those with Autism and their families for 50 years. Everything from advice to training and consultancy, from supporting people on ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) in employment to diagnosing complex needs.
