Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On June 29th, I will attempt to run 43 km (28 miles) from Braemar to Aviemore, through the highest Cairngorm pass, the Lairig Ghru (2700 ft). The run is likely to take me between 5-6 hours and will be a severe physical and mental test. 

I have decided to raise money for Befriend a Child, a charity which helps improve the lives of children who live in very deprived areas. Their work largely goes un-noticed but it is vital in supporting and providing 1:1 support and friendship to vulnerable and disadvantaged children.
