My name is Lara Barnett. I am a 20 year old student from Bishop Grosseteste University and in June 2014, I am going to Romania. The Romania Challenge has been set up in order to help children in Transylvanian orphanages with rennovation projects, activities and teaching for some time during their summer. This opportunity is huge for me as it is a once in a lifetime experience to help these children and to experience the lifestyle and culture in which they are raised. To make this trip successful we need £950 donation and sponsorship in order to go out there. Any donation, big or small, will help this dream become a reality. Getting the chance to go out to Transylvania and help these children is an important thing, not just for me, but for them as well.
