Story

My 40th lockdown birthday celebration!

Hey everyone, as you may know it's my 40th on 21st May and as I can't do much to celebrate this year, I'd really love for you all to help me mark this special day by doing something crazy, energetic, silly but mostly positive. Anything you can think of around the number 40, 4, 400 if you like.

I'm a fitness junkie as you know so going to suggest stuff like; 40 sit ups, 40 burpees, 4km run, 40 min plank ....ok maybe not but you get my drift.

It would be great for you to send me videos to make me laugh and smile or message me.

I'd also like to ask for no money to be spent on cards, presents, flowers but for donations to be made to a very special charity close to my heart @evasangelscharity

Eva was one of Ffions friends at school but sadly lost her fight to cancer at the age of 5. She would have celebrated her birthday this month too, so for her and so so many others who are still fighting cancer or didn't get the chance for any more birthdays please please join me for a fundraising birthday celebration on the 21st May.

Please take a moment to visit evasangels.org and see all the fantastic work they do for families living with cancer.

Thank you all so much, it's more than words can say x

Eva’s Angels is a charity lovingly dedicated to our beautiful five year old daughter Eva Giles who lost her battle to Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) a rare childhood brainstem tumour, in April 2017. Eva’s Angels provides short breaks in a caravan in Whitstable, Kent, to families who are affected by childhood cancer. Families can enjoy a short holiday by the sea to escape daily life, and hospital appointments. We will also target promising brain tumour research projects to fund as we grow.
