Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided to take on the London Marathon 2018 to try to raise as much money for the Alzheimer's Society as possible. Unfortunately the number of people being diagnosed with Alzheimer's is rising and this awful condition not only affects the patients but also their friends and family. Alzheimer's society is a leading organization trying to develop research into this condition but also offers amazing support for the patients and their families.

Within my line of work as a Podiatrist I treat patients with Alzheimer's on a daily basis and have also seen the illness first hand with family members. It will be the thoughts of my loved ones and patients that helps me get round the 26.2 mile course on the day and the generosity of my friends and family for donating to this amazing cause - SO DIG DEEP INTO THOSE POCKETS TO HELP ME SMASH MY FUNDRAISING TARGET- every penny will help !!

Thankyou

Laura :) xx
