It's me Laura and I'm getting my fat bottom into motion and running the Great Scottish Run 10k for Fresh Start Foundation! And I run like Pheobe from Friends!

Fresh Start Foundation are the most amazing charity - I personally have seen the work they do in the Gambia and the difference they make is phenomenal! 

My target is £269.50 which feeds all 770 children of the school for an entire MONTH! It costs just 2p a day to feed a child! 

Please give generously to a fantastic charity and urge me to get off my bottom for the gorgeous people of Kwinella in the Gambia!
